Who We Are

Built Around the Independent Contractor Model

THHN Consulting LLC is a Florida-based consulting company that facilitates independent contractor agreements between credentialed therapy professionals and licensed home health and home care agencies across every Florida county.

We handle the credentialing, agreement, and agency coordination process — so therapists can focus on what they do best, and agencies can access the qualified contractors they need.

Every contractor in our network works under their own professional license, maintains their own malpractice insurance, and retains full clinical autonomy.

True 1099 Model

All engagements are structured as independent contractor agreements — not employment.

Credential-First

Every contractor is verified before being introduced to an agency partner.

Florida-Focused

We know the Florida home health market and the agencies that operate in it.

How We Work

Our Process — From Application to Active Contractor

1

Apply

Complete our online contractor onboarding application. You'll upload your credentials, execute the Independent Contractor Agreement with THHN Consulting LLC, and indicate your availability and preferred service area.

2

Credential Review

Our team reviews your professional license, malpractice insurance documentation, OIG and SAM.gov exclusion status, and required compliance records. This typically takes one to two business days.

3

Agency Introduction

Once credentialed, we introduce you to licensed home health or home care agency partners in your area. The agency manages the patient plan of care and clinical coordination. You provide services independently, under your own license.

How THHN Consulting Is Structured

THHN Consulting LLC operates as an independent contractor consulting company. We are not a home health agency, and we do not provide therapy services directly to patients.

Our role is to facilitate the relationship between credentialed therapy contractors and the licensed agencies they contract with. The agencies we work with hold their own AHCA licensure and are responsible for patient plans of care, clinical oversight, and regulatory compliance on the patient care side.

Contractors in our network are engaged as independent contractors — not employees — and are responsible for maintaining their own licensure, malpractice insurance, and compliance with all applicable Florida and federal regulations.

For a full description of the contractor engagement model, including rights, responsibilities, compensation terms, and compliance obligations, please review the Independent Contractor Agreement included in the onboarding application.

Are contractors employed by THHN Consulting LLC?

No. All engagements are structured as 1099 independent contractor agreements.

Does THHN Consulting supervise clinical care?

No. Clinical oversight is the responsibility of the contracting agency and the contractor's own professional license.

Who bills Medicare or Medicaid for therapy services?

The licensed agency partner. THHN Consulting LLC does not bill any government healthcare program.

What if I have questions about the contractor agreement?

Contact us at info@thhn.net or call (561) 566-2609 before submitting your application.

Agency Partners

Staffing Challenges Solved — Without the Overhead

THHN Consulting connects your agency with credentialed, pre-vetted therapy contractors — ready to work, fully documented, and compliant from day one.

What We Provide

Pre-Credentialed Contractors

Every therapist in our network has completed our full credential verification process before introductions are made — license verification, insurance, OIG/SAM exclusion check, and background authorization.

Reduced Administrative Burden

We handle the contractor onboarding, agreement execution, and initial credentialing documentation — so your team spends less time on paperwork and more time on patient care.

Coverage Across All 67 Florida Counties

Whether you need contractors in Palm Beach, Duval, Miami-Dade, or rural Central Florida, our network is built to serve agencies statewide.

Disciplines Available

Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) — all licensed and active in Florida.

The THHN Difference

When you partner with THHN Consulting LLC, you're not navigating a staffing agency's large impersonal database. You're working directly with our team — people who know the Florida home health landscape and take contractor quality seriously.

We screen every contractor through a thorough credentialing process before they are ever introduced to an agency partner. Licenses are verified, malpractice insurance is confirmed, and exclusion databases are checked. When we make an introduction, we stand behind it.

Contractors engaged through our network operate under executed Independent Contractor Agreements, carry their own professional liability coverage, and understand they are responsible for their clinical work under their own license. Your agency retains full clinical oversight — we simply make finding qualified contractors easier and faster.

Our goal is a long-term partnership that keeps your caseloads covered and your patients served.
